I hear that a lot of people are having difficulties accessing GP services these days but I am pleased to say that the service I receive from Observatory Medical Practice is always first class and I am so fortunate to be registered here.

This medical practice has been amazingly good. I cannot fault them. The Reception staff are helpful. The GPs are caring and lovely. I have always been able to get an appointment. My husband has a chronic illness, and they have been fantastic with him over the last 15 years. IF you are able to get on this Practice’s books, do so. Thank you for all you have done for me and my husband.

Always consistent and responsive staff throughout the centre. The Drs engage in discussion and respond with respect and don't patronise.

The practice is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Every doctor or nurse I have met has been extremely good, and I always feel that my issues are taken seriously and that I receive excellent medical care. Furthermore I feel met with respect, care and kindness, which makes such a huge difference. The receptionists are also always very respectful and helpful. Thank you all for your amazing work it is hugely valued!

The staff are fantastic, I can always get an appointment when I need, and they have really helped me to feel at ease with discussing my health. I used to be scared of going to see the GP, now I feel respected and that my health will be taken seriously so I feel more able to have a conversation about my health with them.

I received kind and prompt attention with regard to two distressing issues. The speedy prescription of antibiotics ensured an early recovery from the urine infection and the E consult was an excellent way to identify a course of action with the optimum use of everyone’s time. I always feel valued at Observatory practice. Thank you
